Who We Are
Hi, I'm Ffion!
With over four years of experience in podcast production, I’ve had the privilege of producing some of the UK's most popular lifestyle content, including Go Love Yourself, which won the Gold Award for Best Wellbeing Podcast at the 2023 British Podcast Awards and a Silver Award for Best New Podcast at the 2022 ARIAS.
My work has ranged from producing We Didn’t Start the Fire, a Billy Joel history podcast, to a documentary about AI and the Welsh language.

I’m passionate about crafting content that not only tells a story but builds vibrant communities. I believe that audience engagement and connection are at the heart of any successful project.
I'm the founder of the Neurodivergent Audio Network, which support neurodivergent individuals in the audio industry, inspired by my own autism diagnosis.

I was also named on this year's 30 Under 30 by the Radio Academy.

Why Golden Hour?
At Golden Hour, we take care of the entire production process while leaving you in full control of your podcast’s monetisation and IP.

In today’s creative landscape, retaining ownership of your intellectual property is more important than ever. For many creators, that’s non-negotiable—yet too often, we see larger companies claiming ownership of people-driven content, parting ways with talent, and either reworking shows with different hosts or forcing creators to start from scratch under a new name. Neither serves the creator or the audience.

We believe that in personality-driven podcasts, the host is the brand—and their show’s IP is an extension of them. That’s why we operate on trust, not ownership. We want you to keep working with us not because you have to, but because we deliver exceptional content (and, let’s be honest, because we’re great to work with… and have a golden retriever).
How We Work
We manage the entire production process, including:

✅ Recording – In-studio or remote setup via Riverside.fm
✅ Editing & Post-production – High-quality audio & video
✅ Publishing – Seamless distribution to major platforms

We collaborate with top-tier studios to deliver broadcast-quality sound and visuals. If you prefer remote recording, we provide access to industry-leading software to ensure a professional setup wherever you are.

While you’ll maintain full control over monetisation, we can also support and facilitate discussions with platforms like Acast or Audioboom.
Our Pricing Model
Rather than revenue sharing, we operate on a transparent, episodic fee basis. After an agreed period (e.g. a season or financial year), we’ll review and adjust if needed based on the show’s financial success.
